How long does it take for a custom request to be completed?

• Allow a 3-week window (not including shipping) in order for a custom project to be completed.

How long does it take to ship an item?

• All items excluding custom shoes/artwork are shipped within a 48hr business day period, shipping can take up to 5-7 business days. International shipping outside of the U.S can take up to 10-14 business days.

How do I refund an item?

• Items except custom shoes/artwork can be returned. There’s a 14-day return policy and the buyer must pay the shipping to return the item. Please email us directly if you’re interested in this process.
